Aligment of pupil motors

Pupil motors have been shimmed to bring the stage working position closer to 0. We experienced on LgswUnitSx some motor step loss when the stage is working fully elongated because of the stage sping load. In the LgswUnitSx the shims have been installed in June

Using the external collimated beam and the reference flange the pupil motors are aligned to have the output beam parallel to the rail. The new motor reference position are
