We put back the systems as it was yesterday, but we find that the pupils are quite shifted (approx 20-30 motor steps).
We close the loop anyhow and we notice that the system oscillates with HO gains > 0.3.
In the meanwhile we optimize the pupil motors position:

DX LGS jitter to NGS stage calibration
We acquire from scratch:
20161206_183200. Calibrated with LUCI rotator at 210 deg.
TN: 20161206_194737
Then we close the AO loop and spin the LUCI rotator at 0.2 deg/s. TT gain = 0.5
TN @ 170 deg: 20161206_203747
TN @ 160 deg: - the loop diverges...
We find that the sign on the
NgsStageJitter procedure (determineOffsetToBeGive) is wrong:
- SX angle sign must be -1
- DX angle sign must be +1
NGS stage to PatCam
Then we try to calibrate the NGS stage to patcams. We do it by hand moving stages while in CL on the Pyr. We start from center position 0 where stages are at [-72.65; -53.81] mm.
- Pos 1: stages @ [-68.65; -53.81] mm, TN: 20161206_205743
- Pos 2: stages @ [-72.65; -49.81] mm, TN: 20161206_210322
- Pos 3: stages @ [-76.65; -53.81] mm, TN: 20161206_210925
- Pos 4: stages @ [-72.65; -57.81] mm, TN: 20161206_211219
