To change the pupil mask, at a flao-sxwfs or flao-dxwfs terminal type:

1. change_binning.py 1

It will print a numbered list of pupil masks. You want 24 which should be 20160209-190618.

The pupils that are needed for the reconstructors are listed in

/home/aoeng/aoroot/calib/wfs/current/ao/table_LUCIFER_ACE-AO.txt

You can also see the needed pupil mask when you click on the Recon file in the AdSec Control GUI. There is information displayed on the right side of the “Select” window with mode, pupil mask, IM, etc.
