Focus and corrector plate scan

The focus stage scan moves between -100k and -160k steps. Then we move to -40k. The corrector plate is still at -1000 (rotator). We sweep the corrector between 100 and 800 steps.

Seeing 1.14"

The proper angle for rotator is 6500 steps, this is why we could not see differences in elongation...

We increase the limit for the corrector sweep between 50 and 950 steps
