This unit historically had issues with ethernet communication and HVC configuration.

20150528	After swapping HVC boards 0010 and 0007 the error ThingsThatIDontUnderstand0002 follows board 0007, see LB email to Mario
20160513	In the last 2 days it continued to hung after 2-5min of CL operation (mainly w/ PyrWfs as TTS). Removed from LgswRack2, HVC moved to BcuNumber2
