Description

The term "LAN System" refer to all the HW and SW related to the ARGOS launch system on a single LBT eye.

A LAN System includes all the components from the pupil mirror in the LAS unit upward. Namely

• A LanPupilMirror to steer the 3 beams on sky and apply vibration compensations
• A LanBeamCorrector to focus and compensate astigmatism
• A LargeLanLens
• A motorized LanMirror1
• A static LanMirror2 on top of the AdaptiveSecondaryMirror hub
• A VibrationSystem with accelerometers and data processing unit to compensate pointing error generated by vibrations in the upward path
• Components in several ElectronicRack: LLPRackDx, LLPRackSx, CRingRackDx, CRingRackSx

It doesn't include the Laser system (see LasSystem) although some components are in the laser box. It doesn't include the WFS systems (see LgswSystem)

It does include the ElectronicRackLSP that is common to several components of ARGOS
